This Company Application is filed under Section 528 of the Companies Act, 1956 and read with Rules 147, 148(2), 159, 160, 163, 173 and 174 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 (for short, 'the Rules') for an order to:

a) Permit the Official Liquidator to invite the claims against the Company in liquidation from the workmen/creditors of the company (in Liqn.,) by issuing individual notices as per the addresses made available in Statement of Affairs in Form No.64 under Rule 148(2) of the Rules.

b) to dispense with the publication of notice for invitation of claims in news papers dues to insufficient funds.
