THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.27023 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 herein to forthwith act upon the complaint dated 20.08.2013 said to be filed by the first petitioner. today, the learned Government Pleader for Home, basing on the written instructions dated 07.10.2013 submitted that the first petitioner herein filed a private complaint and on receipt of the same from the Court of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad, Crime No.315 of 2013 has been registered and investigation is taken up and charge sheet would be filed on completion of the same.

Since the written instructions are dated 07.10.2013, this Court feels that by this time, charge sheet might have been filed. Be that as it may, since the grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed by registering the crime, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents-police to file the charge sheet as expeditiously as possible, if not already filed.
