HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITON No.14657 of 2011 ORDER:

The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is for a mandamus to declare the action of the Superintendent, Osmania General Hospital in not allowing the petitioner's Association to discharge its functions, in the premises allotted to the Association, without following the due process of law, as being arbitrary and illegal.

By order dated 13.07.2011, this Court directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2011 and to pass appropriate orders, after making due enquiry, on or before 29.07.2011. As these issues regarding allotment of an office room to the petitioner association are all matters for the second respondent to decide; and, as a direction has been issued by this Court to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.
