HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5118 of 2012 ORDER :

This revision is filed, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, by the petitioners-defendants, challenging the order, dated 06.09.2012, passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Bodhan, in I.A.No.261 of 2012 in O.S.No.61 of 2006, whereunder the petition filed under Order XXVI Rule 10-A C.P.C. was allowed subject to producing admitted contemporaneous signatures of the plaintiff made by him in and around the year 1992 within one week from the date of order. During pendency of the revision, the suit was disposed of on 12.07.2013. In view of disposal of main suit in O.S.No.61 of 2006, nothing remains in this revision for adjudication. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
