SMT JUSTI CE T. RAJANI CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.1 0 3 1 2 of 2 0 1 8 & I A.Nos.3 an d 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER:
I A.Nos.3 an d 4 of 2 0 1 8 :
The applications are filed seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise entered into by the parties and quash the proceedings in Cr.No.555 of 2018, against the petitioners, who are A1 to A6, on the file of the Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Ranga Reddy District.
2.
The parties, together, with their respective counsel, are present in the Court and on being specifically asked, both the parties confirm the terms of compromise as recorded in the joint memo appended to the application in IA.No.3 of 2018.
3.
The terms of the compromise show that the petitioners and the first respondent have compromised the case out of Court and the defacto complainant, who is the first respondent, also filed an affidavit and petition to compound the offences and that the first respondent has no objection for quashing of the proceedings in Cr.No.555 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Ranga Reddy District. Since, I am satisfied that the aforesaid compromise is executed by the parties out of their free will and they confirm the terms thereof, when being specifically asked, there is no impediment in recording the said compromise.
The applications are accordingly allowed.
CRLP.No.1 0 3 1 2 of 2 0 1 8 :
