THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not been considering the genuine grievance of the petitioner regarding the serious violations indulged in by respondent No.4 in making construction of an apartment by deviating from the sanctioned plan.
Mr. P. Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submitted that respondent Nos.2 and 3 will consider the representations of the petitioner dt.16.7.2015 and 10.10.2015 and take stringent action against respondent No.4, if he is found to have constructed the building in violation of the sanctioned plan. In the light of this submission, the writ petition is closed with a direction to respondent No.3 to initiate appropriate action against respondent No.4 in accordance with law and inform the same to the petitioner within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is left free to avail a fresh remedy in the event respondent Nos.2 and 3 do not act as per the assurance given by the learned Standing Counsel.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.44317 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
