The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" To declare the impugned action of the respondents in not conducting survey over the Survey No. 133 to an extent of Ac.7.5 Cts., situated in Padibanda Village, Chirrakunta Gram Panchayat, Komarambheem Asifabad district despite the fact amount remitted for conduct of survey on 14.12.1017 and even making representation to the 2nd respondent on 14.06.2018 and 15.06.2018 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and breach of Section 13 and 15 of A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 R/ w rules framed under Section 26 of the above Act, and consequently direct the respondents to furnish the survey report, plan of demarcation and panchanama about the above land to the petitioner without any further delay."

The learned counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that though representations were made by the petitioner on 14.06.2018 and 15.06.2018 for conducting survey of the subject land, till date, no orders have been passed on the said representations.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the representations filed by the petitioner are still pending consideration, the authorities will dispose of the same within a period of three months.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to deal with the representations filed by the petitioner on 14.06.2018 and 15.06.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law, by taking into consideration the circulars issued from time to time, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR 27.09.2018 DMG
