O R D E R

The claim of the petitioner is that he purchased the subject lands in an extent of Acs.9-40 cents in Sy.No.27-2A and an extent of Acs.5-88 cents in Sy.No.27-2B situate at Gollapuram village, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District under registered sale deed bearing Doc.No.6684/2013 dated 20.06.2013 and filed application dated 3.3.2014 before the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, in form Form-VI (A) of the A. P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the said respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 3.3.2014 in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
