Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4. 2.

When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 17.02.2017 to the 3rd respondent herein and no action has been taken on the said representation so far. A further request is made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation within a time frame. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 that appropriate action would be taken on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 17.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
