This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 06.11.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1111 of 2015 in S.C.No.662 of 2013 on the file of the V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
