HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.15651 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 r/w. Section 457 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to release 441 bags containing 207 quintals black joggery and 6 bags, total weight 3 quintals of alum seized in Crime No.170 of 2014 of Nekkonda Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 3, r/w. Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and Section 34(e) of A.P. Excise Act, but subsequently, the said property was released.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
