CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP 22525/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce one Dhadabanjan Vittal ('the alleged detenu') before this Court and set him free.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TS) on instructions submitted that the alleged detenu is an accused in Crime No.155 of 2017 registered by respondent No.5, that he was arrested on 06.07.2017 and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 07.07.2017 and that the Court has sent him to judicial custody. In the light of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
