HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35067 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations made by the petitioner on 31.03.2008, 07.01.2013 and 30.07.2018, by considering the endorsement made by the respondents on the said representations by fixing a reasonable time. 3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent - authorities to consider and dispose of the representation dated 30.07.2018, made by the petitioner seeking alienation of land of 23 cents or atleast to grant lease over the said land for the purpose of using it for the benefit of the school and the students.

4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the said representation would be considered, if it is in accordance with the law.

5) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to consider the representation dated 30.07.2018 and dispose of the same, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned, in accordance with law.
