HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34992 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.4 in effecting mutation in the name of the petitioner, in revenue records, in respect of lands in Survey Nos.271, 272, 273, 274, 275, 276, 347, 349, 350, 359, 360, 361, 364, 373, 375 and 376, situated at Pakalagudem village, Dammapet mandal, Badradi Kothagudem District, inspite of submitting written representations on 04.07.2018 and 24.07.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner submits fresh application in Form-VI A, seeking mutation, the same would be considered in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same.

4) Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application in Form-VI A seeking mutation. In case if the

said application is submitted, the respondent - authorities shall consider the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
