HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 30791 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4, in investigating into FIR No.14 of 2017, is questioned in the Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP), on instructions, would submit that the investigating officer, after completion of investigation, closed the case as false; and, after obtaining permission from the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Kurnool, a final report, under Section 173 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Cr.P.C), would be filed before the Court concerned.

Respondents have since completed investigation, necessary steps shall be taken in terms of Section 173 Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
