THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18332 OF 2013 ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to Issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent police in not taking any action against the 4th respondent pursuant to the FIR No.192/ 2013 pending before the 3rd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and against the Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to investigate into the matter against the 4th respondent."
During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a photocopy of the charge sheet filed in Crime No.192 of 2013 for the offence under Section 420 r/ w 34 I.P.C. of Alipiri Police Station, Tirupati. The same is placed on record.
In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent is not taking any action particularly, the investigation pursuant to F.I.R.No.192 of 2013 stands redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 23rd NOVEMBER 2018.
