THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1O325 OF 201a ORDER:
This Criminal Petition was filed under Section 482 of the Code of Crirhinal Procedure; 1973 (for short Cr.P.C.J to quash the proceedings against petitioner/accused No.3 in P.R.C.No.63 of 2O15 on the frle of the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, Rangareddy District for the offences under Sections 37O(Al(21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short the IPCJ and Section 3 and 4 of the P.l.T. Act. 2.
The case was field questioning the proceedings in P. R.C. No interim order was passed by this Court when the case is filed. In view of I I the same, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending. 3.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in the event of any cause survives I in this petition.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
