THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 6223 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in crime No. 624 of 2017 of Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberabad. 2.

At the hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.) has submitted that as there is no stay of investigation, investigation is completed and the investigating agency also filed charge sheet and it is pending for consideration and that therefore the cause in the petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

In the light of the above, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings in calendar case if advised. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
