The petitioner seeks issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds to the extent of her land admeasuring Ac.0.3 gts. in Sy.No.622/27 situated at Kothirampur Village, Karimnagar Mandal and District. Accordingly, she made applications to the 2nd respondent on 02-01-2015 and 02-04-2015. Alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

From the documents produced along with the writ petition, it is not evident as to whether the petitioner has made requisite application under Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989, seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Unless appropriate application in the prescribed proforma is filed by the petitioner, the competent authority will not be in a position to entertain the said request of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application in accordance with the aforesaid Rules and if any such application is filed, the competent authority shall consider the same on its own merits and take appropriate decision expeditiously.
