The case of the petitioners is that they have made applications dated 05.04.2015 and 24.06.2017 to the 3rd respondent for issuance of E-Passbook in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.48 cents in S.No.56/2, Ac.2.44 cents in S.No.57/1, Ac.2.53 cents in S.No.70/2, Ac.1.00 cents in S.No.71/2 and Ac.11.57 cents in S.No.72/2 of Vasanadu Revenue Village, Kuppam Mandal, Chittoor District. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that there are no entries in favour of the petitioners in respect of the land in S.No.56/2 and the relief sought by the petitioner for grant of E-passbook is different.

Since the applications of the petitioners dated 05.04.2015 and 24.06.2016 are stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to examine the above said aspects while disposing of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
