The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station has not registered his complaint dated 16.06.2017.
Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) has produced before this Court the written instructions issued by the Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station along with a copy of the First Information Report. In the written instructions, it has been stated that the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.06.2017 was registered as a case in Crime No. 744 of 2017 against the persons named therein for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420, 419 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code on 07.08.2017 and investigation into the said crime is on. The written instructions along with the copy of the First Information Report is taken on record.
In view of the above, since a crime has already been registered, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
