HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16752 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner - A1, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish a Fixed Deposit of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each" imposed in the order dated 28.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3501 of 2016 in Cr.No. 68 of 2016 of G.Madugula Police Station, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judgecum-I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioner- A1, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
