THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24934 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer in respect of Shop No.14, Kethapally, Chandampet Mandal, Nalgonda District. On the basis of the enquiry report, dated 04.03.2015, submitted by the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent issued a show cause notice, dated 30.03.2015, to the petitioner.

The petitioner submitted her explanation on 20.04.2015. After receipt of the same, the authorization of the petitioner was suspended on 03.08.2015. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of the pendency of the enquiry before the 3rd respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case at this stage. The 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in respect of the allegations levelled against the petitioner by giving due opportunity of hearing to her and thereafter pass final orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
