Heard Mrs.K.Sujatha, for petitioner, Assistant Government Pleader (Panchayat Raj & Rural Development) for respondents 1, 3, 4 & 5, Assistant Government Pleader (Fisheries) for respondents 2 & 6. The issue relates to allotment of site for construction of building as per the agreement, dated 13-06-2016. As the representation is pending from 22-10-2016, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to communicate a copy of this order and re-submit representations, dated 31-10-2016 and 22-10-2016 to respondent Nos.3 to 6 within one week from today and respondent Nos.3 to 6 are directed to consider and take steps as are warranted as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of re-submission.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
