DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.31901 of 2016 ORDER: (per VRS, J) Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 20.09.2016, the petitioner was considered as a local candidate and has also secured admission. Her local status is not now disputed by the Revenue. As a matter of fact, the concerned Tahsildar has issued a certificate manually. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. The admission of the petitioner on the basis of the local status certificate issued by the Tahsildar, shall not be disturbed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
