Apprehending dispossession of the petitioner from his land admeasuring Ac.1-54 cents in Sy.No.770/C2, situated at Ward No.51, Ballary Road, Kallur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District, by the respondents, this Writ Petition was filed. Since the matter pertains to the year 2015, by afflux of time, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps available to him under law as and when fresh cause of action arises. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
