I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in the respective writ petitions, and of the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, appearing for the 1st respondent in the respective writ petitions, and of Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation in the respective writ petitions. I have perused the material record.

When these batch of writ petitions are taken up for hearing, while making a request to dispose of the writ petitions instead of Vacate Petitions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in the respective writ petitions and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for Vijayawada Municipal Corporation fairly stated that the issue involved in the present batch of writ petitions is squarely covered by the order, dated 22.06.2015, of this Court in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and batch. Therefore, a request is made to dispose of this batch of writ petitions in terms of the afore-stated order.

A copy of the order of this Court in the afore-stated batch of writ petitions is placed on record.

Having regard to the submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order, all these writ petitions

MSRM, J W.P.Nos.7962 of 2013&batch are disposed of in terms of the order, dated 22.06.2015, of this Court in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and batch.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order, dated 22.06.2015, passed in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and batch to this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
