This Writ Petition is filed complaining the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in not releasing the Bajaj Pulsar Motor Cycle bearing Registration No.

TS-02-EC-8103, seized in C.O.R.No.470 of 2016 of Prohibition & Excise Station, Manthani. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (Telangana) submits that on 23.12.2016, 2nd respondent has passed orders by rejecting the representation of the petitioner, under Section 13 of the A.P. Prohibition Act, 1995, and a copy of which is made available to the petitioner's counsel. In that view of the nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is given tot the petitioner to take appropriate steps if he is otherwise aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
