The petitioner filed revision (wrongly mentioned as appeal) before the 3rd respondent against the order in Proceedings vide RC.No.103/2015, dated 06-07-2016 passed by the 4th respondent. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as parties to the revision. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
