THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 27682 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner is a Fair Price Shop dealer in respect of Shop No.228 of Moghulrajpuram, Vijayawada and the authorization of the petitioner is subsisting till 31.03.2016. While so, the Assistant Supply officer, Circle-2, Vijayawada submitted a report to the 2nd respondent on 12.01.2015. Basing on the same, the 2nd respondent issued a show cause notice dated 28.01.2015. The petitioner submitted his explanation on 18.02.2015. However, an order of suspension was passed on 28.01.2015. Challenging the said order of suspension dated 28.01.2015, the present writ petition is filed. In view of the long lapse of time from the date of order of suspension, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at this stage. But, in view of the submission of explanation by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry by giving due opportunity to the petitioner and complete the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
