The petitioner is a member of Fateh Maidan Club - respondent No. 3. This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the issuance of election notice to conduct election to the House Sub-Committee in the place of retiring members. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that the committee, which is authorized to conduct election, is not properly constituted. 3.

Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5, produced minutes of the executive committee constituting the committee and also prescribing the schedule and that the executive committee is competent to constitute the committee for conducting election. The minutes would show that the Chairman and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Sports Authority of Telangana State have participated in the executive committee meeting where decisions were taken to conduct election.

Having regard to these minutes, a copy of which is served on learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further orders are required.

Recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed as infructuous. No costs. ________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J.
