THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29698 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner herein sought for a Writ of Mandamus for declaring the proceedings dated 07.03.2013 served on the petitioner on 31.08.2013 as illegal and without jurisdiction.

On 01.04.2015, the matter was ordered to be posted on 15.04.2015 and again the matter is now posted today. When it is taken up, Sri M.Srinivasa Rao, learned standing counsel for the A.P.State Seeds Development Corporation Limited, the respondent herein, would submit that the Corporation has taken a decision in principle to drop the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner and all further actions and the appropriate orders will be communicated to the petitioner before the end of April, 2015. In that view of the matter, I do not consider that the cause in the writ petition survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
