This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.126 of 2012 of I Town Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences under Sections 342, 384, 307 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioner/A1.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that after trial, the petitioner/A1 was acquitted in the aforesaid case and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. Copy of judgment is also filed. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
