HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.86 of 2017 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the delay and inaction on the part of the respondents 1 and 2 in initiating the appropriate criminal proceedings against the concerned police officials of 2nd respondent office and respondents 4 to 9 under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act and other offences as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the concerned police officials and respondents 4 to 9 for doing corrupt practice under the provisions of the Prevention of the Corruption Act.

The petitioner has not stated regarding his locus standi in the affidavit.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
