I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.ii of the order dated 09.12.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.15833 of 2025 which reads as under: "The petitioner shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m., on every Monday for a period of eight (8) weeks, or till filing of the charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required."

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.15833 of dated 09.12.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Station House Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
