No representation for the petitioner-2nd accused. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the case was also committed to the Court of Sessions and S.C.No.7 of 2016 was assigned by the Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the cause in the present petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
