THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.6241 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order, dated 18-11-2016 passed in I.A.No.838 of 2016 in O.S.No.69 of 2013 on the file of the XV Additional District Judge, Nuzividu, 2.

At the request of the counsel for the petitioners, this Court posted the matter on 10.09.2018. But, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in spite of posting the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems, the petitioners are not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
