THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35253 of 2018 ORDER:

In the present writ petition, petitioner herein is praying for a direction to the respondent police authorities to give police protection to the petitioner as well as share holders in enjoying the subject properties. In fact, a suit was instituted by the petitioner herein along with others in O.S.No.32 of 1988 on the file of the Court of the District Munsiff, Achampet. The said suit for permanent injunction was decreed on 12.09.1989. Having regard to the same, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to move an appropriate application for enforcement of said decree and for consequential reliefs, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
