When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation, that the respondent corporation or its authorities are not undertaking any sort of installation of RO Plant in the land of the petitioner and there is also no permission of the Government for such installation. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
