HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35027 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.4 in issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds to the petitioners in respect of lands admeasuring Acs.2.07 cents, Acs.2.08 cents and Acs.2.08 cents in Survey Nos.187/C3, 187/C4 and 187/C2 respectively, situated at Santhekudlur village, Adoni mandal, Kurnool District, inspite of submitting applications on 05.04.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the applications dated 05.04.2018, made by the petitioners, seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. 4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said applications are still pending consideration, the

same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to dispose of the applications dated 05.04.2018, made by the petitioners, seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, in respect of the above said lands, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two
