ORDER
Petitioner preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the order dated 06-10-2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2511 of 2015 in C.C.No.170 of 2015 on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, whereby the trial Magistrate refused to grant permission to the petitioner to go abroad and also refused to recall the Look Out Notice.
It is the case of the petitioner that he has already obtained anticipatory bail and in the order, no conditions were imposed either to surrender or not to leave the country, but after obtaining anticipatory bail, at the instance of Police, Look Out Notice was issued.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the offence being Section 498-A I.P.C., the petitioner is permitted to go abroad and if any Look Out is issued by the Police concerned, the same is hereby recalled. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
