ORDER:

Suspension of the petitioner's fair price shop authorization pending the enquiry is assailed in this writ petition.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. This Court, by interim order, dated 12.09.2011, in W.P.M.P.No.31398 of 2011, suspended the impugned order, dated 26.08.2011, of respondent No.1. As more than four years had elapsed since passing of the interim order by this Court, it is not necessary to adjudicate on the legality or otherwise of the impugned order at this length of time. Instead, respondent No.1 is directed to complete the enquiry, pass a final order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till this process is completed, the petitioner shall be continued as the fair price shop dealer of Machapur Village, Siddipet Mandal, Medak District.
