THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35396 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home) that the complaint as stated in the writ petition is not traceable.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein will approach the respondent police authorities with a fresh complaint.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open, to the petitioner herein to file a complaint afresh for taking necessary action. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
