HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1073 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.467 of 2015 on the file of V Town Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 506 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that there are some civil disputes in between the petitioner, other accused and the paternal uncle of the de facto complainant. So, the petitioner and other accused developed grudge against him and they attacked the uncle of the de facto complainant and tried to kill him.

From the material on record, it is apparent that the petitioner involved in several criminal cases of this nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J 8th February, 2016 Nn
