Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise (A.P). In the present Writ Petition challenge is to the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the representations made by the petitioners herein for shifting of the retail wine shop of the fifth respondent.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the competent authority for consideration of the request of the petitioners herein is the Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise, Hyderabad-second respondent herein. In view of the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to permit the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent for redressal of their grievance. For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to submit a representation, for redressal of their grievance, to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is submitted, the same may be considered and appropriate orders be passed,

strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after hearing all the stakeholders.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
