ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 23.10.2009, in W.V.M.P.No.2044 of 2009 and W.P.M.P.No.17017 of 2009 in W.P.No.13128 of 2009. As undertaken by him, in his affidavit filed on 14.08.2015, the respondent has handed over a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) in cash to Mr.Bhagath Simha, Secretary of the petitioner union towards the liability undertaken by him. Mr.Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of payment of a part of the liability of the educational society, this contempt case may be closed without prejudice to the right of his client to recover the balance amount from the educational society by executing the Labour Court's award. In the light of the above facts, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
