THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3371 of 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.3 to A.7 in P.R.C.No.65 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Tadepalligudem of West Godavari District. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after committal, the P.R.C.No.65 of 2013 was numbered as S.C.No.38 of 2015.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
