ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "..... to issue a writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to distribute the dividends to the 350 genuine and valid members of respondent No.3-society, while declaring the action of the respondents to distributing dividends to the non-

members is arbitrary, illegal, unlawful unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice."

At the hearing, Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has placed before the Court Letter No.142/A/2014, dated 20.04.2015, of respondent No.2 addressed to respondent No.3, wherein he has instructed the latter to take action as per Sub-section 3 of Section-21 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, to identify and weed out the ineligible/deceased members of respondent No.3. In view of this subsequent proceeding, the cause in the Writ Petition, as sought to be espoused by the petitioners, stands redressed. If in pursuance of the said proceeding, respondent No.3 has not initiated further action for weeding out the bogus/deceased members, the petitioners shall be free to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Subject to the liberty given to the petitioners as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 16.06.2011, is vacated and WPMP.No.19751 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
