THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19505 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in interfering with the business of the petitioner.

It was alleged in the petition that the second respondent issued E-procurement Tender and Tender-cum-Open Auction Notice on 03.03.2013 on behalf of Sri Raja Rajeswara Swamy Temple, Vemulawada, Karimnagar District, inviting bids for shops 1 to 4, which are to the western side of the steps of the Temple, on payment of Rs.30,000/- towards earnest money deposit and the auction was fixed on 20.03.2013. The period of lease was mentioned as 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2015. As the petitioner was interested in running a small tiffin centre, he submitted his tender and the tenders were finalized on 20.03.2013. He became the highest bidder and in respect of shop No.3, he was awarded lease also.

In view of expiry of the period of lease, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition.
