SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3408 of 2011 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.305 of 2010 on the file of the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 463, 468, 471 and 475 IPC, against the petitioner/A3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent-State. None appears for the second respondent in spite of service of notice. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings against A4 to A7 were already quashed by virtue of the order dated 30.11.2017 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.743 of 2011 and that as the petitioner/A3 also stands on the same footing, the proceedings against him are liable to be quashed. 4.

Considering the above submission, the further proceedings against the petitioner/A3 are also quashed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, quashing the proceedings in Cr.No.305 of 2010 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad District, against the petitioner/A3. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
